When will I get my Chiloko package?

All our orders are processed 2-4 business days. We do our best to immediately process these orders but please allow the 2-4 business days. We ship our packets in the order we receive them. Remote areas may take additional shipping and delivery time. After the processing, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your products. All orders placed after 2:30 PM CST

Does Chiloko ship Internationally?

We are currently shipping all around the U.S. Chiloko does not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost? What shipping options are available?

All of our shipping rates depend on the what you have ordered (weight) and the distance the package needs to be shipped. We only offer standardized shipping; no overnight shipping is available at this time.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase items upon your purchase. Once the package is shipped you will receive another e-mail confirming shipment with the package tracking #. If your tracking number was sent after 2:30 CST please allow until the following Monday for the number to be activated.

Insurance Policy

Chiloko is responsible for your purchase until it reaches the post office. After that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. In the case your package is lost or stolen, you are responsible for filing a claim against the post office from which you received your tracking number.
